Right now, we are looking for a IT Support Analyst in Porto Alegre that will be responsible for providing technical solutions aiming for the greatest satisfaction of e-Core employees. Investigative spirit, good logic, and technical capabilities are essential tools for success.
- Great costumer service (WoW the costumer);
- Advanced English is mandatory;
- Good writing skills in IT process documentation.
OS and Client Support
- Good Windows troubleshooting skills;
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Mac OSx;
- Good in Hardware support;
- Equipment preparation for new hires (Windows/Linux/OSx).
- Basic knowledge in DHCP + DNS.
Web Services (nice to have)
- Amazon Web Services Management;
- Google Apps Management;
- Office 365 Management.
- Be able to handle facilities tickets;
- Make sure our facilities assets are in great shape.
That extra edge
- Familiar with Cisco Appliances (APs, Controllers and Switches);
- Familiar with Atlassian Products.
