IT Recruiter & BP

AMARO is a digitally native women’s fashion brand that continuously launches the latest international trends at disruptive prices. The brand sells omni-channel on www.amaro.com and via digitally immersive brick-and-mortar Guide Shops.

AMARO is looking for a sharp and self-reliant Recruiter and Business Partner (BP) to help the company achieve better results, helping the leadership build a disruptive people management. During 70% of the time you will be focused on recruiting for IT roles and finding talented new team members with the potential to become high-impact professionals. You are independent and enjoy dealing with people from all backgrounds. You like to be part of a quickly growing startup with an international and fast-paced culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help AMARO map, contact and hire the best talent in the technology market to support the company's growth via outbound and inbound recruiting
  • Ensure all candidates, no matter the channel they came in through, are in the company's ATS
  • Leverage the ATS's reporting screens to monitor each open job position for number of applicants considered, pipeline speed, interviews / candidate, conversion rate
  • Attend university career fairs, representing AMARO at a recruiting booth
  • Ensure quality of the candidate experience
  • Guide AMARO leaders to talent development
  • Help on people retention projects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of work experience with IT roles recruiting
  • Endurance in researching and screening large amounts of data
  • Skilled with IT and technology
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Advanced level of English

  • Outgoing and communicative
  • Able to multi-task and get things done
  • Resourceful and creative in overcoming problems
  • Passion for an international and fast-paced startup culture

    Amazing place to work for young people who are fast and disruptive

    Prós: technology, culture, smart people, drive, start-up environment, location, physical environment, growth opportunities, very structured, founders are very available.

    Contras: férias coletivas is the worst, feels like slavery. Overall - benefits are not that good, sometimes unfair salaries, no flexible hours, no home office, some processes are still unstructured

    Conselhos para presidência: Exclude férias coletivas, adjust the benefits to what the market offers for similar roles. Trust in people and promote the start up culture by allowing more flexible hours and home office.
