AMARO is looking for a sharp and self-reliant Recruiter and Business Partner (BP) to help the company achieve better results, helping the leadership build a disruptive people management. During 70% of the time you will be focused on recruiting for IT roles and finding talented new team members with the potential to become high-impact professionals. You are independent and enjoy dealing with people from all backgrounds. You like to be part of a quickly growing startup with an international and fast-paced culture.
- Help AMARO map, contact and hire the best talent in the technology market to support the company's growth via outbound and inbound recruiting
- Ensure all candidates, no matter the channel they came in through, are in the company's ATS
- Leverage the ATS's reporting screens to monitor each open job position for number of applicants considered, pipeline speed, interviews / candidate, conversion rate
- Attend university career fairs, representing AMARO at a recruiting booth
- Ensure quality of the candidate experience
- Guide AMARO leaders to talent development
- Help on people retention projects
- 3+ years of work experience with IT roles recruiting
- Endurance in researching and screening large amounts of data
- Skilled with IT and technology
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Advanced level of English
- Outgoing and communicative
- Able to multi-task and get things done
- Resourceful and creative in overcoming problems
- Passion for an international and fast-paced startup culture
