Who You'll Work With
You’ll work in our São Paulo office and will be responsible for the maintenance and evolution of our CRM.
What You'll Do
You will help to maintain a holistic view of the quality of our CRM database, identifying and monitoring key quality assurance metrics.
In this role you'll contribute to the operational efficiency by managing data standards on CRM solutions. You will support and provide substantive guidance to teams in designing, running e-mail marketing, testing strategy, identifying roadblocks and proposing solutions. Additionally, you will help to develop and deliver insightful CRM analytics and reports through building deeper expertise in one or more CRM area.
- Bachelor´s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration and related courses (graduation conclusion date from December 2019 to December 2020)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent English
