About the vacancy
You will be part of the team that does the entire HR operation (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Admissions, Layoffs, Transactions, HR System). This team is being built, so we have the great challenge of developing and building processes, so we also have the autonomy to create something new and make sense for it.
We are looking for a profile that is flexible, dynamic (because it will handle many activities at the same time), process oriented, well organized and with leadership skills (you will be responsible for the HR Operations team). You will improve and develop HR Operations processes (Payroll, Admission, Resignation, Point Control, etc.). You will be responsible for the Payroll Outsourcing Implementation project, analyzing the best vendor, budget and the entire implementation.
Your activities will be
Build processes and policies for HR Operations area
Prepare the Audit area
Implement new sheet outsourcing
Monthly Sheet Conference
HR Ops team management
Contact Leadership and Law in important decisions related to admissions, dismissals.
Implementation and preparation for e-social
What you need to have
Experience with Leaf Outsourcing
Experience with Team Management
Process vision and continuous improvement
Knowledge in Payroll systems
Excel / Power Point / Word
