Growth Lead

AMARO is a digitally native brand that innovates through technology and creativity to change the way people relate to fashion.

AMARO is seeking a razor sharp Growth Lead to scale our earned traffic and conversion rate growth efforts. You will recruit and lead a team of Growth Marketers.

The ideal candidate has previously worked at an eCommerce company, digital media agency or consulting firm in the areas of project management, Growth Marketing and SEO. You have in-depth experience in the day-to-day structuring and running digital projects focused on driving growth and conversion.

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Plan, deploy, maintain, expand and optimize Growth & CRO projects and methodologies
  • Be in charge of researching, evaluating and implementing SaaS solutions, freelancers or other third-party services that will drive scale and throughput across CRO and Growth projects
  • Interact with and coordinate internal resources from the Performance, Brand and Systems departments
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, documentation and reports to monitor and track progress using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Monitor key Growth & CRO metrics from a range of data sources and quickly take action when needed
  • Constantly monitor global, sophisticated trends and practices around Growth Hacking & CRO in order to implement the best solutions for AMARO's business objectives
  • Lead and train members of the CRO & Analytics team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of experience with project management, CRO or online growth in a digital startup or agency
  • Be experienced in working in cross-functional teams, able to influence and collaborate across teams and departments to deliver projects
  • Highly creative and experimental in identifying new techniques and ideas to drive growth
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management, flowchart and diagram tools
  • Proficient in a range of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Geckoboard, Tableau, Kiss Metrics)
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PMP / PRINCE II or other Project Management certification is a plus
