Gerente Divisional de Vendas - Belo Horizonte

Locality: Belo Horizonte

Main Purpose:

Purpose of the role: Drive growth with OT/WHSL/Distributors, increasing volumes and price realization; improve account management practices with Key Regional Accounts, as a means to drive sales growth

Individual Accountabilities:

Drive performance of Regions within Organized Trade, Wholesales and Distributor Channels
* Profitability and Sales Growth
* Increase numerical distribution

Implement end to end execution and ensure Perfect Store
* Promote a level change Perfect Store compliance & auditing

Execute Key National Accounts and New Channel Ventures
* Ensure optimal level of service and route compliance
* Development & engagement of collaborator

Drive effective collaboration across required functions
* Main interfaces: Regional Senior Sales Managers, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, Supply

Key Shared Accodutabilities:
* Regional performance & marketshare
* Maintain optimal level of service (Sales, Sales Operations & Supply)

Requirements:

Skills:

Strong Analytical / quantitative skills
* Ability to communicate with effectively with stakeholders across the organization to accelerate growth and transformation
* Ability to deliver on required sales results - i.e. manage and execute against sales targets
* Ability to motivate, coach and develop talent

Profile:
* Experience in leadership positions within Sales Proven track record in delivering and surpassing sales targets
* Proven experience / industry knowledge in FMCG2
* Experience in interacting and supporting decision-making with senior executives

Availability of time traveling: 60%

    Prós: Benefícios, qualidade de vida, respeito com o funcionário, bom ambiente de trabalho, cuidados com o colaborador, pagamento em dia, cuidados com a segurança.

    Contras: Oportunidade de crescimento, gestão fraca, alguns colaboradores parecem funcionários públicos, não se preocupam em melhorar processos, não valorizam o quanto a empresa é boa.

    Conselhos para presidência: Capacitar mais a gestão, monitorar as seleções pois existem muita indicação.

    Prós: Empresa muito boa e comprometida, salário sempre em dia. Para quem entrar sem experiência como eu entrei, a empresa oferece treinamentos e da total suporte.

    Contras: No momento não tenho o que falar referente a pontos negativos da empresa. Talvez a falta de incentivos diante dos trb realizados. Pelos promotores
