    Prós: Está voltada para o crescimento em outros países trazendo muita possibilidade de crescimento e carreira internacional. Empresa oferece excelente ambiente de trabalho.

    Contras: Salários em alguns níveis poderiam ser melhores, ritmo muito acelerado, equipe poderia ser maior para segurar tantas demandas. Volume de treinamentos de processos da qualidade em excesso.

    Contras: Empresa burocrática. Falta de plano de carreira. Sem comunicação entre setores. Não valoriza o funcionário. Realiza descontos indevidos no salário. Demitem injustamente funcionários. Empresa onde só cresce quem faz parte da "panelinha"
