Field Sales Manager

We are looking for a Field Sales Manager in Valinhos – SP.

She/He will be responsible for:
* Develop deep knowledge of Aftermarket, based on relationship with end customers/users, distributors, industry, class entities and key market leaders and influencers, in order to capture trends, risks and opportunities, to prepare and submit VGSA AFM Strategy Plans pursuing growth, encompassing Product Portfolio, Channel Innovation and other Marketing factors.
* Market analysis and intelligence (short, mid and long terms) based on economic, political, legislation, governmental and industry drivers for Strategic and Tactic Planning;
* Channel and Customer intelligence approach, analyzing internal and external data and submitting recommended strategies to all business units;
* Raise partnership or acquisitions possibilities that could be inside VGSA Strategic Growth Plans;
* Business and competitors knowledge and intelligence;
* Identify, quantify and present opportunities for Growth;
* Interact with areas inside and outside Eaton, in order to drive Growth Programs;
* Lead Aftermarket Function Excellence initiatives.


Education / Experience required to meet position qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Administration;
* Market and Customer Knowledge: Understanding of customer needs and their decision-making process;
* Business acumen;
* Innovative mindset;
* Fluency in Portuguese and English;
* Drive for results, change & adaptability and leveraging resources;
* Interpersonal communication skills and professional presence;

Education / Experience preferred to meet position qualifications:

Spanish is desirable

Marketing, finance and Value Cycle concepts and tools
