Especialista de Suporte a vendas - Client Peripherals (Eldorado do Sul/RS)

Provides pre-sales and/or post-sales operational support.
Manages order fulfillment.
Researches customer or order problems, and delivers solutions working cross-functionally to resolve.
Liaises between the customer/partner and sales organization.
Focuses on delivering a positive customer or partner experience.
Facilitates product and sales information flow.
Drives sales operations process improvements.
Serves as interface for order status and handles order escalation and SKU management.
May serve as primary interfaces with other internal functions, based on BU and/or regional requirements.
May be responsible for influencing sales behavior and capabilities.

QUALIFICATION:
* Experience with sales;
* Solid interpersonal skills;
* Strong verbal and written communications skills and Intermediate english;
* Ability to work as an inside team member and collaboratively with employees within department and across functions;
* Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems;
* Strong knowledge of data center challenges including but not limited to virtualization, storage, server hardware;
* Desired BA/BS from accredited college or university in a related field of study or equivalent sales experience.

    Contras: Crescimento na carreira e aumento salarial nao sao compativeis. Provavelmente uma promocao representa aumento de responsabilidades sem um significativo aumento no salario. Crescer dentro da companhia depende muito de politica.

    Contras: Gerentes fracos em termos de motivação, RH deixa o papel de recursos humanos para os gerentes, longe demais.

    Conselhos para presidência: Padronizar os requisitos dos seus talentos pode ser um limitador de carreira para alguns. Nem só de técnicos vive um suporte técnico.
