Ericsson Internship Program 2018

Ericsson begins its process to select the young professionals who will work in the company from next year. Through the Internship Program 2018, Ericsson aims to attract and invest in young high-potential professionals from all over Brazil to become future leaders of the company in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Indaiatuba.

The vacancies for the selection process of Ericsson Internship Program 2018 are aimed at young people who are preferably attending the penultimate year in 2018 in higher education, with a background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering , Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Advertising and Marketing, Marketing, and Mathematics; Fluent in English and knowledge in the Microsoft office pack.

The selection process of the Internship Program will have English test, group dynamics, and interviews with managers. In this process will be observed behavioral characteristics tied to the values of the company such as Respect, Professionalism, and Perseverance.

The final result will be announced at the end of December and the selected ones will begin their activities in the company in March 2018.

The benefits will be as follows: grant aid, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Transportation Voucher, Onsite Restaurant or Ticket.

    Prós: Ambiente de trabalho é muito bom e possui desafios interessantes, que desenvolvem os colaboradores. Na maior parte dos cargos o horário de trabalho é flexível.

    Contras: Falta de reconhecimento dos funcionários, falta de plano de carreira (impactando cargos e salários). A empresa só da aumento quando pedem demissão. A gestão das demandas é muito desorganizada, gerando retrabalho e desgastando mais que o necessário.

    Prós: Ambiente respeitoso, com certa flexibilidade de horários.

    Contras: Falta de oportunidades de crescimento, falta treinamento presencial de qualidade (algo que existiu no passado), aumento exponencial de offshoring para outros países
