Responsible for Commercial and Operational support to the Sales Team in Brazil and South America.
* To interact with all stakeholders in Sales Process (Inside Sales, Product, Operational and Sales Team);
* Small quotations for Sales Person and Channel partners;
* To participate actively of order processing, supporting on boarding process to customers, Sales REP and distributors (through our CRM and ERP);
* To help in Contract management for all Channel Partners and End Users;
* To participate the forecast meeting and help to consolidate numbers and reports using CRM Dashboard;
* Learn about Lighting products and Digital Solutions, both commercial and technical aspects, being able to solve technical/commercial doubts, while promoting our products and solutions at the same time;
* Monitor dashboard and reports using our CRM (Salesforce.com);
* Support Sales Team in order processing;
* Prepare commercial quotation and sales presentation together Sales Team.
* English and Spanish Communication (Advanced or Fluency).
* Current enrollment in a degree program in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Production and related degrees).
* Proficiency in Excel – medium to advanced level.
* Strong organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities.
* Interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communications skills.
* Sense of urgency, acting fast whenever necessary, being able to identify priorities.
* Able to work independently with minimal direction, being proactive.
* Ability to deal with conflicts.
