Working in the Education Sales Support role, the intern will work closely to the Education Sales, Operations, Marketing and Portfolio teams as well as interacting with SAP IT and regional Education teams.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Support the Education Sales team on daily sales tasks.
- It is also part of the Intern duties to run reports and KPIs that allow to monitor the results of the programs.
- Create proposals and quotations
- Perform follow up activities with customers coordinated with the sales team
- Coordinate Customer facing events and ensure high quality standards
- Support the global Education Demand Generation and Communication Programs and tools
- Understand SAP Education course and course participants databases and reporting systems
- Understand SAP CRM databases and reporting tools available
- Perform data analysis
- Work with the Global and Regional Education team to support campaign execution.
- Perform system tests and documentation on the above area
- Manage the Marketing assets translation process
- Interact with the regional team within the Demand Generation / GTM scope
- Optimize the use of the customer database.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Studying Business Administration, Communication or Marketing (2nd to 6th semester);
- Expert of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, access) is required;
- Enthusiasm to learn the SAP Education portfolio, industry characteristics, business models, etc;
- Problem solver profile;
- Fluency in _English is mandatory & Spanish is a differential _
- Basic concepts of Finance, KPI analysis,
- Experience extracting and administrating large databases is a plus;
- Very Good oral and written communication skills;
- Self-driven and result focus - Ability to work with low direct supervision
- Ability to learn and execute many tasks at the same time;
- No previous work experience necessary.
