Desenvolvedor Full Stack - Pleno

We use a Big Data Analytics platform to boost enterprises in its business cycles, whether to sell more and better or to protect itself against risks and comply with laws and regulations, through two business strands: Sales & Marketing and Risk & Compliance.

Working in the Engineering area of the Application team keeps our professionals connected to the innovation, improving the search for better development methodologies and new technologies to attend the strategic and business objectives of Neoway.

Supported by agile methodologies we focus in the development cycle to offer the best experience to our clients. The Application team is responsible to build, evolve and sustain the products that are part of our Big Data Analytics platform.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of the squads of the Application team and will be responsible to bring value to the business, sustaining, evolving and building the RESTful API's layer, business rules, routers, security, audit, rows, logs and persistence, always aiming the harmonious teamwork, the code quality and the architecture in general.

Main challenges of the position:
* Comprehend the market's necessities, and the client's as well, indicated by the Product Owner in the squad.
* Work as a part of the team in the tech solution conception, planning and estimating the tasks and collaborating in the execution of sprints.
* Guarantee the quality in the deliveries, automating tests.
* Engage in the internal and standardized process of deploy in two different spaces (QA and Production), being responsible for maintaining the stable services.
* Adapt to the agile methodologies opted by the squad, feeling comfortable to suggest improvements in the current internal process.
* Share knowledge in the squad or in internal presentations through the Neoway Talks program.

Talking about expected experience and knowledge
* At least 3 years of experience in software development
* At least one of the back-end languages
* Go
* JavaScript (NodeJS)
* Version control with Git
* Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment
* Unity tests
* Advanced knowledge in RESTFul API's
* Advanced knowledge in JSON
* DevOps practices (Building and Automation Tools)
* Shell Script and Containers (Docker and Kubernetes)
* NoSQL with MongoDB
* Basic knowledge and/or experience in Elasticsearch
* Monitor and support applications availability in the Cloud
* Agile methodologies: Scrum / Kanban / XP
* Knowledge in Linux
* Fast learning
* Embrace uncertainties and changes
* Focuses in the business value to the user
* Search for simplicity and quality

* Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud)
* Experience in TDD
* Browser developer tools
* Cross-Browser Development
