PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Customer Success – ES & PS is a global organization, with its main hubs in Ireland, China and Brazil, which provides extensive support advisory to our SAP Enterprise Support & SAP Preferred Success customers. The objective of this Digital Business Services organization is to strengthen SAP’s trusted partnership with targeted customers and thus increase customer satisfaction & retention.

Our mission is:
* to ensure that the customer’s SAP solution runs with optimal level of performance, stability and data consistency
* to minimize the risk of core business interruption
* to leverage the components and best practices of the RunSAP methodology and all standards, tools, and processes included in end-to-end solution operations
* In Production Down or Go Live endangered situations we also assume Escalation Management functions, collaborating with the Mission Critical Support Back office, the customer, and any partner involved.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
* Fulfillment of work preparation activities required for the deployment of the delivery strategy of the organization.
* After having quickly learned the usage of SAP-internal tools and infrastructure, the intern is expected to prepare the data required to engage with customers:
* Verify contractual status of customers (delivery model) and internal customer segmentation
* Document customer partner roles in SAP’s internal systems and contact details
* Double-check assignment ownership with other SAP-internal teams (Account/Field teams, support account contacts, etc.)
* Prepare workload batches for interaction with the Customer Interaction Center organization and trigger approved customer engagements via our internal infrastructure
* Verify in SAP’s internal systems SAP’s previous engagement history with customers
* Help to qualify delivery for customers with ‘partner’ status
* Master data maintenance, quality assurance, and documentation
* Resolve issues accessing knowledge bases and addressing to responsible areas
* Create commitment to and enthusiasm for the accomplishment of challenging objectives across diverse topics and global teams

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Undergraduate students in business administration, statistics or related areas, IT/Computer science (to be graduated in approximately 24 months – 2020/1).
* Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, and Power Point
* Fast learner
* Well organized, pro-active, and reliable
* Fluent written and spoken English required
* Written and spoken Spanish an advantage
* Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
* Proven ability to work well under pressure
* Self-motivated, proactive, and solution oriented
* Experience in reporting, master data maintenance, and quality assurance an advantage
* Willingness to work with cross-functional teams
* No previous work experience necessary.*

    Fui convidado para trabalhar nessa empresa, aceitei o convite e pedi demissão da sua maior concorrente.
    Após um dois meses de trabalho a pessoa que me contratou foi demitida, e a pessoa que entrou no lugar dele é simplesmente O PIOR GESTOR QUE EU JÁ TIVE. E olha que tenho 22 anos de experiência em vendas (Siemens, Oracle, VMware, Redhat).
    Fui desligado sem o mínimo de respeito e sem ter a chance de tentar me realocar internamente.
    Não recomendo para ninguém essa empresa.
    Impossível desejar boa sorte para vocês.
