Preferred Qualifications

Primary responsibilities:
* Onboarding Cloud customers and establishing customer relationships
* Welcoming all new customers and educating them on Oracle Cloud resources
* Communicating the Oracle Cloud vision and product
* Leading account planning processes
* Managing account remediation
* Preparing for account reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews
* Managing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Driving expansion opportunities
* Delivering core product demos and best practice guidance
* Writing renewal plans and leading the renewal strategy
* Negotiating contracts and pricing
* Managing collections
* Advocating for product enhancements on behalf of customers
* Establishing a reputation as a marketing thought leader by publishing thought leadership content and speaking at events

Preferred Qualifications:
* Skilled at relationship management
* Excellent speaking and presentation skills
* Strong time management skills
* Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
* Experience working with cross-functional, enterprise-wide teams and collaborating on win-win solutions
* Demonstrated resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative
* Extremely high energy and stamina to perform consistently and at a high level in a very demanding environment
* excellent knowledge of all technologies: Database/ infrastructure/ middleware/ hardware

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

First contact for prospects of Oracle business via inbound calls. Qualifies
Oracle prospects and produces quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force.

Acts as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business via inbound
calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produces quality leads for the Oracle
Sales Force. Performs database and record keeping activities.

5-8 years related experience. Able to demonstrate time management, basic
telesales skills, and knowledge of Oracle products and services. Goal oriented
individual with superior communication skills. Able to complete individual
goals as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to
communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle products
preferred. Professional demeanor. Job duties are varied and complex, needing
independent judgment. May have project lead role.

    Prós: Muito grande, exposição a varias tecnologias de ponta, ótimos benefícios e possibilidade de aprender bastante. Empresa muito dinâmica e agressiva em vendas.

    Contras: Por ser muito grande, parece que se trabalha em várias empresas diferentes dependendo da área que se trabalha lá dentro. A sinergia é menor e a burocracia maior. Não há sincronia entre vendas e desenvolvimento de produtos.
