As a Customer Happiness Assistant you will be part of a small team focus on moving fast and will be part of the team working on an entirely new product, which has real impact on people's lives. It's one of the major projects Movile has been working on, with exciting challenges and high visibility.
We are looking for a proactive thinking, hands-on and communicative professional to be part of the business growth and M-Commerce structuring. Responsible for the relationship and customer service of Rapiddo app, this professional will be responsible for:
* Increasing quality of service and reducing customer response time;
* Analyze customer contacts through available tools and platforms;
* Answer support emails (questions, problems, and compliments to the application);
* Reply all customers at "Reclame aqui";
* Structure reports of customer service indicators and ticket sorting;
* Acting in partnership with the Products area, delivering information and insights that can contribute to the improvement for the product.
- Previous experience in SAC, Customer Success or other customer service areas;
- Completed or ongoing Bachelor Degree;
- Fluency in english (mandatory), Spanish is a plus;
- Excellent in communication skills (writing and speaking);
- Friendly, knowledgeable, and motivational to others;
