Creative Shop is a crew of dreamers, idealists, entrepreneurs, designers, writers, inventors and artists who are hungry for crafting new ideas. A crew whose mission is to inspire and serve the very industry that enables brands to connect to the people they care about while growing their business. Come be part of a team at Facebook tasked with inventing and building world-class, socially designed marketing ideas for the world's largest brand marketers. The Creative Shop works with advertisers, agencies and studios to develop best-in-class creative across Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging platforms. Our team has grown from a variety of backgrounds, like brand strategists and creative directors but we're united by our passion for game-changing creative work. You'll combine your strategic powers, strong business acumen, creativity and growing understanding of Facebook and Instagram platforms to build business-driving ideas. You'll leverage strong storytelling abilities to present your ideas to our clients and execute in a relevant way, working hand in hand with Sales, Marketing Partners and Product. We're passionate about making brands successful in an open and connected world. This is a full-time position located in our Sao Paulo office.

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand and business strategy discussions of our top clients to uncover business needs and opportunities in the Brazilian market

  • Uncover social insights and develop Facebook and Instagram solutions that drive the key business goals while maintaining a high bar for creativity

  • Partner with others on the team, and also in the marketplace, to make your and their ideas shine, leveraging best practices to all campaigns and creative executions

  • Leverage storytelling in a mobile first environment shifting the digital industry towards high quality and disruptive creative work

  • Be a thought leader on how Facebook and Instagram are fundamentally changing brand and direct response marketing, taking advantage of both strategies when applicable

  • Work with Product teams on both Facebook and Instagram platforms to learn and use new product solutions driving timely innovation and relevance for global clients on local markets

  • Continually inspire our clients with a vision for their brands, game-changing ideas and plans to get them executed

  • Build an analytical and high-level approach on the creative processes and transform this into business insights

  • Transform creative ideas and work into strong video content

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience developing strategically grounded inspiring creative

  • Strong passion for visual storytelling via photography, videography and/or animation

  • Strong interest in Facebook and Instagram, from the massive reach to mobile and video best practices as well as creative community and excellence

  • Articulate with critique of both strategic approach, planning skills and aesthetic execution

  • Excellent storytelling, verbal and written communications skills

  • Able to build solid planning, think big and apply that to the wide range of opportunities – from individual campaign ideas to full on, long-standing content franchises

  • Proven entrepreneurial and strategic skills by identifying big opportunities that thrive

  • Proven experience with video making and edition, being autonomous in working with video making softwares

  • Advanced communication in English and Portuguese

    Prós: Ótimos aprendizados, fácil comunicação entre os membros da equipe de desenvolvimento.. ambiente de alto padrão e agradável.. amigos dispostos a ajudar..

    Contras: Não há muitos pontos negativos em relação a empresa facebook, porém não tinha muito esforço na equipe... muitas pessoas não ajudavam quando precisava, e com isso fazia que tivesse um ambiente desagradável na equipe..

    Prós: Equipe integra, ambiente de trabalho 100% tranquilo e amigável. Liberdade de opinião, reuniões de pauta, planos de carreira com diversas possibilidades de crescimento dentro da empresa.

    Contras: Salário fixo e vr/va muito baixos. Treinamento insuficiente para preparar o colaborador antes de ir para a linha atender, exigências surreais para chances de primeiro emprego. Como exigir o inglês é espanhol fluentes e comprovados em cursos, logo fui desligada pois aprendi a falar as duas línguas sozinha, sem curso para provar.

    Conselhos para presidência: Conversa, tudo se resolve na base da boa e velha conversa.
