Mondelez International is looking for: Coordinator Field Sales

Description

Coordinate the area of sales, ensuring the achievement of established sales objectives, ensuring the maximization of investments and development of the team

Responsibilities

Ensure the achievement of the sales objectives established by the company for its area of operation / channel, through the appropriate planning together with its team, with distribution of volumes by products / customers and target prices, constant control and analysis of the realized versus planned, application of Strategies in line with company policies and team coordination.

Guarantee the maximization of the investments made with the Special Clients, seeking the best possible results for the company, through adequate negotiations of annual contracts.

To contribute to the development of the business in its channel, through the elaboration and implementation of the "Account Plan", with details of specific actions and strategic activities, together with Trade Marketing and the maintenance of a close relationship with local and international Customers, supplying Information on local best practices, trends and other relevant managerial practices that can improve performance.

Qualifications

Working Knowledge

Desirable to have acted, throughout the career, in the areas of Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales Controlling or Sales Planning. **
