Mondelez International is looking for: Coordinator Cross Category & Activation
Responsible for top2 MT customers, developing business analysis and customers activation calendar - suporting sales teams with sell out and execution activities, implementing categories strategies through customers activation platforms.
Lead the category and clients plans deployment, driving the execution and tracking activities implementation, aiming to deliver Channel Revenue and SOM targets.
Also, lead MTA Channel IBP process providing inputs and plan feedbacks, ROI analysis and resources sufficiency definition to developing activation plans, target definition for all key growth drivers.
1 - Responsible for tracking the plans and execution programs, providing the correct visibility to the categories and lead corretion action plans.
Lead GKA IBP process – categories pre aligments, suficiency and sales capacity inputs, define Must Win Battles KPIs for MT channel and sales deployment.
Translate Category and Sales strategies into customers activation platforms and in store execution guidance.
Own the customer business and shopper understanding, and how it influences the sell out platforms to acelerate MDLZ growth.
5 - Responsible for capture and act over category opportunities for customer.
Lead ROI evaluation for trade channel activities, aiming to leverage best practices and adjust underperforming activities.
Manageregional customers budgets of Trade Incentives and A&C; to efficiently fund channel promotions and programs.
Responsible for direct team and pairs development, building strong relationships.
Bachelor degree in Business Admin. Needed
English will be consider a differentiation
Sales or Trade Marketing background.
Implication : - Ability to lead Trade Marketing agenda from strategy to execution for LMT cusotmers
