Apple’s Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.
The Consumer Channel is critical to the success of Apple in Latin America and the role of the Account Manager is to develop the highway to make Apple products available for consumers with the best experience in an fast changing Omnichannel environment providing the best affordability options to consumers. It is his/her responsibility to develop new sales initiatives and programs that drive productivity by working hand in hand with cross-functional teams such as finance, marketing, training, operations. He/she will gather insights, identify opportunities and build and execute market-leading plans and programs to increase sales.
*Minimum 8-10 years of sales channel management / business development experience.
*Relevant experience on sales initiative development with proven business growth record.
*Backgroung in diverse sales channel as retail, distribution and e-commerce/market place, understanding of consumer insights and ability to turn them into actionable plans.
*Proven leadership, programatic abilities and strategic mindset.
*Mastery of developing strong partnerships within all levels of organizations, both internally and externally. Work comfortably in a collaborative environment with open dialogue and debate
*Drive for Results - a demonstrated track record of driving results within a complex matrix environment
*Influencing – ability to drive objectives through key internal and external relationships.
*Excellent analytical skills and conceptual thinking
*Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a Plus
Responsible for the relationship with key partners (Retail and Distribution) developing strategic account planning with a strong focus on customer experience and sales growth across all LOBs, the account manager is the end to end owner of sales management and execution to increase productivity of current stores for all lines of business.
He/she is also responsible of developing new go to market strategy in an Omnichannel / marketplace environment and also boost tier 2 retail strategy to grow the business in a fast pace.
Core responsibilities but not limited to:
⁃Marketplace / Omnichannel business development and growth - Develop sales initiatives and work cross-functionally within Apple and the channel to implement, develop and quickly expand our presence online
⁃Develop Tier 2 retail with strong focus on new initiatives to support the business growth
⁃Engage with Enterprise team to build and execute a totally new approach to SMB through distribution channel.
⁃End to end sales management, delivering accurate sales forecasting, reporting and weekly execution with strong focus on micromanagement at POS level
⁃Identify and anticipate market trends, challenges and opportunities
⁃Management and development of Apple branded programs to ensure best in class consumer experience at POS and business growth across all lobs
⁃Restless look for growth opportunities within the assigned accounts
