Client Relationship Manager –
B2B - São Paulo - Full-time
Reporting to the Head of Digital Channels - B2B, this newly created role is to develop and drive the client engagement strategy of the digital channel of our corporate business.
Define and execute activation and retention activities through several CRM platforms
Development of an ongoing digital engagement strategy for the B2B market, including monthly projection of acquisition metrics such as volumes, costs, and LTV.
Manage the set-up, scheduling, A/B testing for all corporate engagement campaigns
Control subscriber data, segmentation, and import
Build the user journey and ensure continual improvement of metrics via post-campaign reporting and analysis
The Successful Applicant
You are a strong digital marketer with demonstrated experience in driving engagement campaigns and financial targets in the B2B market. You will bring the following skills to the table:
Substantial expertise in CRM marketing within either B2B or B2B2C environment
Solid analytical skills using data to drive campaigns
Business acumen and the capacity to deliver within tight deadlines;
