BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY LEADER - IT | MEDICAL São Paulo

Position Summary
This individual will contribute to technological direction of Medical Device
group in Brazil, being responsible for specific initiatives\\programs with
local or regional scope, acting as main contact point for some services
following IT Governance model. In this role, He / She will be responsible for
developing IT as a competitive advantage and enabler for the business, and
should be a passionate change agent.

Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities
* Collaborates with business partners in the region to define technology strategy that maximizes business value and minimizing time to market
* Identify and recommend priorities for business and associated technology investments leveraging product line organization, effectively manages investments to deliver maximize value
* Oversees BAs within region and drives collaborations and sharing of best practices. Aligns stakeholders around common measurable goals.
* Accountable for delivery and operational IT expense
* Understands core internal IT products and new technologies and approaches to drive business value
* External customer Focus, Engagement and Management

Qualificações

Basic Qualifications
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer
science, engineering or business administration.
Post graduation or MBA in business will be a considered a plus;

Required Years of Related Experience:**
3 years of relevant experience managing/directing an IT operation
1-2 years leading a line of business and an Information Technology team and
strategy

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Deep understanding of business drivers/processes, strategies and ability to relate priorities to associated technology investments;
* Experience working across multiple levels of an organization managing relationships with different teams, including virtual interactions
* Ability to lead by influence being able to easy share its vision of success to help others to get there
* Knowledge of trends (e.g., digital, big data, CRM, Cloud) and expertise driving adoption to improve IT
* Business experience, ability to represent customer/users in IT subjects, translate business process needs into technical directions and recommendations
* Previous experience driving technology strategy for a line of business, able to synthesize leadership and stakeholder inputs into decisions, has ability to work at an abstract level and continuously “pivot” to arrive at the highest impact answer for the customer
* Financial knowledge enough to manage properly department budgets
