The scale of both the reach and engagement on Facebook means that businesses can be better in an open and connected world. You can play a key part in this revolution in marketing communications. We are looking for a marketer to drive our B2B marketing efforts across Brazil. This position will work in collaboration with other team members to create & drive a strategy that transforms the way our Facebook for Business brand is positioned. Working closely with the Global, Regional and Local marketing teams to roll out key initiatives across the market, this role incorporates all aspects of marketing communications including driving a top-notch industry presence, identifying and sharing the right success stories, creating meaningful presentation content, driving the right mix of events in each market, identifying the most appropriate set of marketing collateral and more. This full-time position will be part of the LATAM business marketing team and based in Sao Paulo.
Partner with sales and other cross functional partners to create and execute a strategy to reach out to our agency and advertiser audience in Brazil
Help champion and activate Marketing Programs both internally and externally
Develop and execute a calendar of events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities – transforming Facebook Brazil's industry presence
Work closely with cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for advertising messaging, campaigns and product launches
Execute global programs locally to drive education and inspiration around Facebook as a marketing platform
Create innovative content that can be used by our sales teams to generate new business, educate clients/partners on new products/features and engage clients/partners on innovative ways to drive awareness/sales via new marketing techniques
Develop scalable ways to use data and metrics to drive growth and sales for clients
Can handle multiple projects simultaneously
Coordinate year projects designed to enhance our advertisers’, agency partners’ and the industry’s understanding of digital transformation.
BA/BS degree preferred, MBA or equivalent a plus
At least 4 years and above of marketing experience
Understanding of the marketing and advertising ecosystem—and of key client challenges
Ability to think both creatively and strategically
Strong decision-making skills with successful experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams
Demonstrated capacity for developing industry-leading marketing strategies in an advertising environment
Ability to thrive in an environment and collaborate with different individuals, cross-functional teams, and organizations
Experience working with senior marketers at both agencies and global brands and expertise supporting and enabling a sales organization.
