POSITION SUMMARY

General support for operation of SAP Labs Latin America building on activities under Facilities responsibility.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Administrative tasks: create purchase orders, organize documents, maintain reports, prepare presentations;
  • Establish and maintain contacts with vendors;
  • Local support to projects and events;
  • Prepare communication to be distributed within SAP locally;
  • Support on building maintenance (technical or administrative tasks);

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • University Engineering, Architecture or Administrative student to graduate in 2 years or above;
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Knowledge;
  • AutoCad experience is a plus;
  • Advanced English (oral and writing);
  • Teamwork, good learning ability, pro-active, motivation, organized and focus on results;
  • Attention to detail and high motivation;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • Good learning skills

WORK EXPERIENCE

Previous work experience not mandatory.

    Contras: Several young people with first job at SAP do not recognize the uniqueness of this company and believe this great place is normal and they will find similar places - which don't exist -, sometimes acting as spoiled kids towards the company

    Conselhos para presidência: Only reason why people leave SAP is for moving abroad when not able to relocate inside SAP (many manage to do it), working at partners in consulting (compromising quality of life for some extra money) or they didn't need to work in the first place (go for a long sabbatical or something, money is not an issue in those cases)
