Job Summary

The Solution Architect is responsible for analyzing, designing & developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. Responsible for profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, & technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions & proposals.

*Responsibilities & Tasks *

  • Scope, define & design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements & participate in risk analysis
  • Work with core team on list of potential activities & solutions.
  • Develop technical presentations & proposals, & perform customer presentations
  • Support deployment of solution
  • Provide feedback to R&D
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation & information sharing
  • Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas & share information about solution to enable customer competence build

    Prós: O ambiente é satisfatório. Bons benefícios, mesmo para estagiários, salário compatível com multinacionais, com refeição no local e fretado na ida.

    Contras: Não dão muitas oportunidades para o estagiário ser efetivado dentro de certas áreas. Existe muito nepotismo dentro da empresa. Alguns gerentes/supervisores não sabem inglês dentro de uma multinacional e exigem de seus subordinados. Não é visível um plano de carreira.

    Conselhos para presidência: Melhorar o plano de carreira dos funcionários, pensar mais na qualidade de vida, dar oportunidade aos que realmente sabem trabalhar.

    Prós: Empresa que se preocupa com o bem estar do funcionário. Excelentes benefícios que a empresa oferece, gerencia disponível pra ajudar , facilidade de trabalhar home office.

    Contras: Infelizmente a empresa não possui plano de carreira, o funcionário as vezes fica por anos no mesmo cargo sem possibilidade de crescer. Falta politicas de promoção. Empresa instável também, pois se perdem a licitação pra empresa na qual prestam serviço mandam todos embora.

    Conselhos para presidência: Construir politicas de promoção e crescimento profissional.
