Brazil CSG Merchandising Sr Advisor - Distribution

As the Client Solutions Group (CSG) Commercial Merchandiser for Brazil, you will work with key stakeholders to design

and implement Dell's distribution marketing strategy and support/execute effective cycle plans for this business. Your work

will involve interaction with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to deliver strategies and tactics to enhance

Dell´s performance at partner's point of sales, to generate sell out and to increase Dell rate of recommendation

to customers. Activities will include planning, execution, and analysis for Dells Client Solutions business from a

distribution, reseller and Dell Transactional perspective.

Pre- sales activities include supporting the Sales function through providing insight into CSG Distribution market trends,

financial planning, product selection and demonstrating how Dells Client brands could be effectively communicated.

Post-sale activities include review of sell-through with our partners, driving sales performance and inventory levels, and

ensuring a strong and consistent Dell experience. Also participates in sales forecasting for designated product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
* Designs and executes the CSG portfolio Sell into Distribution for Dell Brazil, consistently reviewing our DSI performance

for all product lines (desktops, notebooks, tablets and accessories)
* Formulates and drives distribution marketing strategies and sales promotion campaigns.
* Planning, research, plan insight and participation in pricing discussions
* Oversees the collection and analysis of market, customer and competitive research.
* Monitors/reports on Sales Out and Inventory levels, ensuring strong sell-through of Dell product.
* Ensures Dell brand values are maintained by our distributor.
* Identifies segment market, competition, customer, sales requirements and uses this knowledge to adopt marketing

programs, in conjunction with segment Business Managers, Marcom and BI on quarterly basis to support segment

achievement of financial plan and P&L.;
* Analyzes strategic advantages, competitive programs and customer needs.
* Incorporates corporate strategy and brand.
* Works with Partner Marketing team on development and implementation of Marcom programs.
* Responsible for Brand Salience as the Brand Custodian with our distributor.
* Responsible for launching new brands and ensuring success.
* 5+ years of relevant experience in a Sales and/or Product Marketing role
* Undergraduate degree or Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience.
* Excellent knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts tools and techniques, including promotions, pricing &

bundling.
* Strong knowledge of distribution and its use in the technology space.
* Excellent excel skills & analytical ability.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Excellent understanding of long term market trends.
* Ability to work closely cross-functional teams/work groups.
* Excellent financial acumen.
* Proven Project Management experience
* Fluent English
* Native Portuguese
* Spanish a plus.
* 5+ years of relevant experience in a Sales and/or Product Marketing role

    Prós: Proporciona Plano de carreira, é flexível, proporciono também benefícios que dificilmente se encontra no mercado, é motivadora e está sempre inovando.

    Contras: Plano de remuneração é limitado, as vendas poderiam ser mais motivadoras, seria importante voltar o reconhecimento por atingimento e festas celebrando final de trimestre com trofeus e final de ano.

    Conselhos para presidência: Ficar mais no reconhecimento e comemorar acontecimentos históricos da empresa, o bom funcionário e o bom vendedor é motivado não só pela comissão mas também pelo reconhecimento profissional, não é fácil com a situação econômica que o Brasil vem passando, e todo o esforço e dedicação do funcionário tem que ser valorizado. Para os demais, a dell está de parabéns, o clima é maravilhoso, as pessoas e o ambiente contribui para o melhor.
