Client Acquisition Manager – Digital Channels
B2B - São Paulo - Full-time
Reporting to the Head of Digital Channels - B2B, this newly created role is to develop and drive the client acquisition strategy of the digital channel of our corporate business.
We are looking for a performance-advertising professional, who understands the critical targeting and marketing funnel metrics and can optimize these based on customer performance.
Development of an ongoing digital acquisition strategy for the B2B market, including monthly projection of acquisition metrics such as volumes, costs, and CAC.
Management of day-to-day performance of campaigns on Facebook, Google AdWords, and other platforms
Definition and diligent measurement success; run tests, uncover opportunities, scale, learn and iterate
Creative asset management through design, compliance and A/B-testing cycles
Experiment with emerging, creative or other non-traditional acquisition tactics (growth hacks)
New digital media partnership development via test & learn strategy
Regular analytics & reporting of acquisition metrics and statistical tests
The Successful Applicant
You are a strong digital marketer with demonstrated experience in driving acquisition/conversion campaigns and driving financial targets in the B2B market. You will bring the following skills to the table:
Proven track record of driving performant paid social advertising campaigns;
Substantial experience in driving digital campaigns including search, display, retargeting and programmatic;
Excellent analytical skills;
Business acumen and the capacity to deliver within tight deadlines;
Strong understanding of Double Click, Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Social Ads tools.
