Architect SOLUTIONS

The Area Solution Architect is a key role in Demand Generation for the Area providing focus on early stage support. This role is involved in Account planning with other Area roles and ensures that opportunities are developed in line with Microsoft strategy and Enterprise Services priorities. The ASA provides technical expertise during the 0-20% phase and guides sellers on potential domain alignments. Mapped to a particular geography, and interacting deeply with the local sales organization as well as area leadership teams to prioritize account focus, he/she will have an awareness of multiple Domain Solutions & Offerings, be able to articulate what is possible and required to build and deploy solutions across industries. Business to Technology Strategy Delivers against strategic goals through driving technology decisions in alignment with Microsoft priorities Quantifies the needs of the local business to achieve value outcomes, champions required methodology, captures/reuses IP within the Area and shares best practices Change Leadership and Adoption Demonstrates an understanding and clear experience of customer/partner change management and adoption principles through transformational delivery Be an Enterprise Services Role Model Strong leadership of Account & Delivery teams, driving high performance and collaboration between Area and Domain Technology Delivery Management Drives Delivery Excellence, ensures quality customer transformation plans and solutions are delivered in line with Area scorecards Drives quality outcomes demonstrating return on investment (ROI) and is accountable for governance as a technical leader. Performs risk management for the Area. Optimizing Business Results Participates in opportunity management through establishing a healthy pipeline to drive & win solutions/design in line with Microsoft strategy Demonstrates valuable customer partner interactions, driving deep customer relationships Leads complex efforts to deliver profitable business results and maximize business value. Understands and contributes to the shared account team planning activities across Microsoft teams Close Collaboration With ? Cross Domain Solution Architect (Enterprise Services ) ?     Muita propaganda, na prática não é o que acontece.

    Prós: Liberdade com horários, trabalho home office, férias de 01 dia e ou antecipação de férias mesmo sem estarem vencidas, day off no dia do seu aniversário.

    Contras: A empresa sempre divulgou que é super inclusiva, respeitando as diversidades, mas não é bem assim. Se os funcionários não se juntarem isso não ocorre. Pressão por metas são constantes. Ninguém ajuda ou auxilia ninguém, as pessoas se acham!!!!

    Conselhos para presidência: Ser mais presente junto aos funcionários. E ser uma empresa mais inclusiva, na pratica e não somente na mídia!

    Prós: Upgrade no CV, abre portas para o mercado de trabalho, home office, horário flexível, snacks, frutas e bebidas à vontade, boa localização, produtos de qualidade.

    Contras: Tinha tudo para ser a melhor empresa, mas possui um péssimo clima organizacional, funcionários com ego inflado, te julgam pelo o que vc veste e pode comprar. As pessoas das próprias e de outras equipes se odeiam, por isso não há colaboração e os projetos não acontecem ou atrasam. Muita fofoca, pessoas puxando o tapete uma das outras, puxação de saco com os superiores, principalmente os de fora, não há meritocracia. Muitos superiores sem nenhuma habilidade em gestão de pessoas. Cargos como assistentes, analistas e coordenadores são terceirizados, salários, benefícios e o tratamento são muito aquém de toda a cobrança.

    Conselhos para presidência: Melhorar o clima organizacional, começando pela escolha dos gestores. Dar oportunidades para pessoas competentes e não através de politicagem.
