Job Designation: Pricing Analyst
* Support Pricing Department in the Sales contract management:
* Creation of contracts in SAP according to sales negotiation;
* Modification of contracts related to volumes according to sales request;
* Inform the Sales Team about the contract expirations.
* Management of customers creation flow:
* Receive requests from Commercial Team via Salesforce.com;
* Analyse if all data are correct and release it to Masterdata Team;
* Monitor creation to guarantee accomplishment of lead times of creation.
* Prepare Ebit Uplift Report on Powder Sales;
* Prepare pricelist Exworks Factory and São Paulo Warehouse;
* Management of customers / pricelists in SAP:
* Receive requests of changes of customers, channels, discounts from Sales;
* Do the changes in SAP or request to Masterdata Team according to request;
* Monitor flow to guarantee that dates will be accomplished;
* Maintain and update SAP cost and premium tables;
* Support to Sales Team (providing price quotation outside pricelist);
* Use SAP to send prices to customers according to Sales request;
* Update prices and ratios at Basisnew and upload it on SAP.
* Degree in business administration, economics or related areas (at least in course);
* Large working experience;
* Intermediate in English;
* Advanced Excel;
* Confident and mature individual who is a team player and who is also capable of working independently when required with a sense of discipline and responsibility;
* Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter who is willing to learn and take on challenges;
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work well under stress;
* Good communication.
