We are looking for an Sales Support Analyst to be based in Eldorado do Sul, RS representing our datacenter solutions – this role is responsible to provide support a sales responsibilities and pipe management while exhibiting credible technical expertise with customers. An Sales Support Analyst, provide support to sell's Dell's products and services (via telephone, web or e-mail) to specified customer segments and is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience. Role Responsibilities - Work with assigned sales account executives and inside sales teams within our sales division to thrive and grow the enterprise business within their specific customer ; - Work interdependently with account team members, but be very effective independently to grow the Enterprise business; - Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers; - Responsible for discovering, identifying, qualifying Enterprise technology solutions(Server, Storage, networking, software and Services) that we sell to our customers;
