Why this role matters:

To help BTGS LATAM Market Unit goals such as revenue, margin and orders

  1.        To start the ordering process, being in charge of filling up the required forms and systems for the design task of the ordering process with the help of Sales Specialists and Sales Engineers responsible for the proposal;
    
  2.        To develop renews opportunities, with the support the Sales Engineers when needed
    
  3.        To support the Sales Specialists in the standard components of new opportunities and systems required for quotation
    

    What you’ll be doing
    Start the ordering process for new customer contracts. Different systems and
    forms may be used according the product family:

    - SQE – Sales Quote Engine **
    **- DCFs (Data Capture Forms)

    - eDCA and legacy global forms
    - Regional forms for domestic/regional products **
    **• Being in charge of standard renewal projects when minimal
    redesign is required for BT Connect product families.

    - pricing (global or regional pricing tools)
    - Bid text (adapt from existing bid boiler plates)
    - MSDS (Managed Solution Design Summary)
    • To support Sales Engineers in standard and non- standard
    projects for BT Connect product families:

    - Being in charge of filling up required forms and systems
    - Being in charge of standard components of the design, like
    quoting access and CPEs


  • Being in charge of writing standard components of the MSDS – Managed Solution Design Summary document

• To use defined processes, tools and methods including:
- Solution selling techniques to align customer requirements and BT’s solution
- Development of standard solutions
- Service delivery processes
- Win Business Process
- Proposal Development
- Available pricing tools and order processes

  • Procurement processes We’ll also need to see these on your CV:
  • Business administration, finance or technical knowledge.
  • Very good verbal and written English language capabilities in addition to excellent local language skills
  • Ability to work in virtual teams in a distributed environment encompassing individuals of multiple disciplines, cultures and companies

Desired skills:
- BT Connect specific skills: general view of MPLS, Internet network, routers and BT products

  •          Experience with Microsoft
    
  •          Good knowledge of BT portfolio
    
  •          Experience in BT delivery process and tools.
