Ensure every customer or artist is provided a world-class support experience when using Spotify’s communication channels. Will look to help Spotify increase acquisitions, activations and retention through customer support channels.
* Provide customer support on Spotify’s channels such as Email, Chat, Twitter, Facebook, community, etc.
* Offer support and guidance to customers using the Spotify platform.
* Collaborate with your leaders to improve/develop.
* Work as part of the team to ensure a positive and professional environment.
* Always be thinking of new support opportunities for Spotify.
* Perform additional duties as required.
Creative, adaptable, articulate individuals, able to use great writing & decision-making skills to help customers, manage problems and find ways to go above and beyond.
* Experience of working in a customer-centric environment is a plus.
* Able to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills.
* Excellent writing and creative skills.
* Knowledge of working in a subscription / technical / music industry a plus.
* Fluent in written English (additional languages a plus).
Sees through the eyes of the customer and a musician.
Can collaborate positively within a fast changing environment.
220hs (monthly) - 6x1
Day off on weekends (Saturday or Sunday)
