Reporting directly to the LATAM Aero VPGM this position is responsible for the ~$100 M business that Honeywell Airlines conducts with customers in Latin America. The scope is managing existing business as well as new sales and pursuits. You will be responsible for close interaction and support of business initiatives including pursuit prioritization and management, strategic account management, and product development for the region. Establish business plans for your region to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. You will develop marketplace opportunities, lead sales pursuits, oversee internal processes, and provide employee leadership in the achievement of common goals. You will also ensure a safe and engaged workforce and customer satisfaction, in collaboration with the regional manager, peers, employees and cross-functional teams;

Managing existing airlines business as well as new sales and pursuits in Latin America;

Close interaction and support of business initiatives;

Strategic Account management;

Accountable for Profit & Loss;

Manage customer relationship;

Manage contractual compliance;

Drive planning and reporting;

Accountable for AOP;

Lead change;

Drive policy compliance;

Evaluate business risk;

Develop staff competencies;

Drive employment engagement;

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree;
  • English Fluent and Spanish desirable;

  • Extensive management experience with P&L; accountability;
  • Strong sales, branch management and operations experience;
  • Industry experience, highly desired;
  • Strong tactical and strategic skills required;
  • Ability to motivate and build high performing teams;
  • Process/systems and results orientate;
  • Manages change through exploration and learning;
  • Ability to provide reliable judgment in complex situations;
  • Managing Aero business (Operation, Finance and Commercial)• Entrepreneur skills with record of exceeding objectives;
  • Significant leadership experience, Sales Leadership and General management experience responsible for P&L; results preferred. This should include experience dealing with high complexity sales and customer management in a global matrix organization in Latin America.
