The Aero Latam Customer Managament Leader will report to the VP of Aero LATAM and matrix reporting to the Americas, Customer & Product Support VP. This role will focus on developing and executing customer plans for ATR, BGA and D&S; customer segments within Latin America;Responsibilities include core process maturation and management as it relates to aftermarket customers. In addition, this leader will work with cross functional teams to support and integrate new initiatives into the LATAM customer management operating system;

Guide and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing customer projects. You will lead coordinating efforts between project management and planning, project team, and line management. You will advise on projects and budgets. You will analyze schedules and status reports. You will coordinate global efforts to meet productivity, quality, and customers' satisfaction goals and objectives. You will build systems that enhance project deployment and resolution;
Help Honeywell be the customer's top choice by creating new solutions;

Improve customer satisfaction by exhibiting strong behaviors as it relates to responsiveness, speed and resilience;
Interface with Customer Support Managers that report to United States;
Customer relationship management - understand customer's needs;
Will align all the customer support team to improve customer experience and organize the structure;
Provides visibility to US of internal and external customer's escalations;
Organize Team's MOS;

Be the subject matter expert in customer operational activities;

Execute a strong management operating system, involving all stakeholders and customers to ensure customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, contract compliance, working capital reduction (zero AR past dues, zero stationary orders).

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering;
  • English Fluent;
  • Extensive field experience in customer and product support;
  • Recognized expert in customer and product support.
  • Strong management operating system, involving all stakeholders and customers to ensure customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, contract compliance, working capital reduction;
  • Improve customer satisfaction by exhibiting strong behaviors as it relates to responsiveness, speed and resilience.
